Why should I trust you?
Fair question. Trust me on the work. The right way to de-risk this is exactly how I’ve set up the engagement: a free call to test fit, a small paid diagnostic before any larger commitment, and month-to-month terms with no lock-in. You get to see how I think and what I deliver before you’re in deep — and you can walk away at any point. That structure protects you far better than a logo wall would.
How quickly can you start?
Usually within a week or two of the discovery call, depending on scope and current commitments. Diligence and short sprints can often move faster.
Will you sign an NDA?
Yes. I’ll happily sign a mutual NDA before we get into anything sensitive.
What if we decide we need a full-time CTO later?
Great — that’s often the right outcome, and I’ll help you get there. I can define the role, run the technical side of the hiring process, and hand over cleanly to whoever you bring on. Making myself unnecessary is the goal, not a threat to it.
How much does it cost?
It depends on the engagement model and scope. Advisory and embedded work runs on a monthly retainer sized to the days involved; sprints and diligence are fixed-scope, fixed-fee. We’ll agree exact numbers on the call, with no surprises after.
