These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your use of the website www.sanjoykumarmalik.com (the "Site"), operated by Sanjoy Kumar Malik ("I", "me", "my"). By using the Site, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.

Informational purpose only​

The Site presents information about my Fractional CTO services and publishes general educational content, including playbooks and articles. This content is provided for general information only. It does not constitute professional, technical, legal, financial, or other advice, and it is not tailored to your specific circumstances. You should not act on it without obtaining advice appropriate to your situation.

Using the Site, reading its content, or contacting me does not by itself create any advisory, consulting, or other professional relationship between us. Any engagement begins only when separately agreed in writing, and is governed by the terms of that agreement rather than these Terms.

Intellectual property​

Unless stated otherwise, the content on the Site — including text, page design, graphics, and the playbooks and articles — is owned by me and is protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. You may view and share links to the Site, and quote brief portions with clear attribution. You may not otherwise copy, reproduce, republish, or distribute substantial parts of the content without my prior written permission.

Acceptable use​

You agree to use the Site lawfully and not to: attempt to disrupt or compromise the Site's security or availability; access it through automated means in a way that burdens the infrastructure; or use its content in any unlawful or misleading way.

The Site may link to third-party services and profiles (for example, LinkedIn, and Email service). I do not control those services and am not responsible for their content, availability, or practices. Your use of them is governed by their own terms and privacy policies.

No warranties​

The Site and its content are provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including as to accuracy, completeness, or fitness for a particular purpose. While I aim to keep the Site accurate and available, I do not guarantee it will be error-free or uninterrupted.

Governing law​

These Terms are governed by the laws of India, and any disputes relating to the Site will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts at Bangalore, India.
